Oversized Camel Coat Look: Borrowed from the Boys

Literally, a “borrowed from the boys” well one in particular oversized camel coat look. This is how to wear your husband’s camel coat on a cold day. I really loved the oversized camel coat look, I found a similar “men’s inspired” style that will fit you properly from Topshop and under $200. My cozy turtleneck sweater is unfortunately sold out but I have located some similar one here and a near dupe here. A neutral turtleneck is a staple piece for winter. These Sigerson Morrison leather and suede over the knee boots have served me well for about three years now. I love pairing them with shorter hems and particularly love the pointy toe. I’m afraid this style is sold out so I linked some similar ones by Sigerson here and you can find more styles in the gallery below. Of course my  Gucci Dionysus is a perfect match for this neural look.

I wore this outfit this last Friday to Tiny’s No. 5 to celebrate a few blogger girlfriends birthdays. I typically go to Tiny Boxwoods, the location closest to me for breakfast or coffee. If you haven’t made it out to one of their locations yet, it is a must brunch spot in Houston. Both locations are gorgeous the West Alabama one (my usual location) shares a garden with a Thompson + Hanson Plant Nursery. I always love taking a stroll through the flowers and plants there after breakfast. You feel transported to France for one quick moment. Be sure to pop into Thompson + Hanson’s store as well! The home decor and furniture is interior goals for me!

These oversized camel coats are not quite as large as mine. They are great options for layering over thicker sweater and knits for the colder season.
