In a two week whirlwind..

I visited five cities. Starting from Milan I headed as far south as Pescare & Popoli, then over to the Tuscany region where I had the best steak tartar and house wine in Pistoia and finally roundeIn a two week whirlwind d up the journey in Como.

Everyday in..

Milan was spent walking around the city and taking in the surroundings. By the end of the just day one the only shoes, bought and brought, that I could get my feet into were these open toed and heeled booties from BCBGen. I packed them because they are comfortable, chunky heeled booties, that go with everything and are not so delicate that I would worry about ruining them on uneven terrain or in overpacking my suitcase. I love the geometry and simplicity of this whole look for Milan. The black Lauren short sleeve turtle neck top is elegant, transitions to work with other pieces and is comfortable, which is super important to me when traveling. Here I paired it with my favorite skirt from Azuz Boutique. I’m just crazy for the geometric, two toned pattern and the uneven hemline.

More looks from Italy coming soon.

Meanwhile check out the latest interior post of this exclusive look inside a historic Italian residence.
